The process
PHASE I
Project Initiation
Every project begins with a 30-minute introductory call to ensure we’re the right fit. From there, we move into a 2-hour in-person consultation, where we assess your space, discuss your needs, and understand your vision. Within 5-7 business days, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work. Once you approve the proposal, we finalize the partnership with a signed contract and retainer, allowing us to officially begin the design process.
PHASE II
Design Concept & Planning
In Phase 2, we bring your vision to life with a comprehensive design plan. Trade Day allows us to assess the space, take measurements, and address any challenges with our team.
We then develop the design concept, including mood boards, floor plans, elevations, 3D layouts, and detailed selections for furniture, lighting, wall treatments, drapery, and rugs. Finally, we present the full interior design vision and project estimate, ensuring alignment before moving forward.

PHASE III
Procurement & Renovation
In Phase 3, we purchase all approved furniture, lighting, and services, coordinating deliveries and scheduling renovations based on trade availability. We collaborate with trusted professionals to ensure a smooth renovation process. Meanwhile, we curate styling items like vases, decor, and art. Once everything is received, we schedule installation day, bringing the design to life.
FINAL REVEAL
Installation & Client Reveal
Once renovations are complete and all furniture, lighting, and decor have arrived, we handle the full installation—placing furniture, hanging drapery, installing lighting, and styling every detail.
Then comes the big reveal—a beautifully transformed space, ready for you to enjoy.
