Virtual Design Service:
If your project is more than 2 hours away from Charlotte, NC and does not require major renovations, our Virtual Design Service is the perfect solution. We’ll provide expert guidance, a detailed design plan, and curated selections, all remotely.

When Is the Best Time to Involve Bodesign Studio in My Interior Transformation Project?
As soon as possible! The earlier we’re involved in your project, the better we can guide you through every stage of the design process. Do you take on small projects, like designing a single room?
Yes! We offer room-specific design services, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms (laundary, pantry, mudroom..). We can handle renovation, making hard finishes’ selection, furnishing and styling.
How Long Does the Design Process Take?
The timeline for the design process varies based on the scope of the project, the level of customization, and project complexity. Here’s a general breakdown of what to expect:
Full-Service Design – Usually 8 weeks for the design phase only, followed by additional time for ordering, construction, and installation, which can range from several months to a year, depending on the project scale.
Stand-Alone Consultation – Typically completed within 1 week, including the 2 hours on site consultation and a follow-up with design recommendations.
Virtual Design Service – Typically 4 – 5 weeks, for one revision.

- Project Size & Scope – A single-room refresh takes less time than a full-home transformation.

What is your Full Service Design process?
Our Full Service Design process includes:
Phase I / Initiation Phase
Discovery Call: Understanding your needs, and budget
Consultation: Assessing your space and defining the scope of work. a proposal will be submitted per the scope of work.
Retainer & Contract: you give approval to work with us by signing the contract. We also collect a retainer at the time of contract signing to start your project.
Phase II / Design Phase
Concept Development: We develop the project vision , generate mood boards, Floor plans, Elevations and select all the furniture, lighting, hard finishes and decor.
Design Presentation: We present you the interior design concept, details and all the required services for the completion of the project.
Phase III / Execution & Installation
Implementation: Procurement, overseeing orders, site checks and contractor coordination.
Final Reveal & Styling: Bringing the vision to life by installing all the purchased goods and addition of the finishing touches through styling.
